Dispatch Time
Some of our Jewellery is made to order and we will try our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
In many cases you will receive it within a week, though please allow 14 days for Tiaras and more complex designs to be made, we will notify you of estimated dispatch time on receipt of your order.
However, if for any reason we cannot send your jewellery within 14 days, we will contact you immediately to let you know the expected waiting time
Payment Details
We use PayPal's Shopping Cart system which is integrated into our website. As soon as you confirm your order, you will be taken to PayPal's own secure site where you can complete your purchase.
Siberiaskye Jewellery does not see your card details at any time.
We also accept cheques and postal orders through the post with prior notification. Please include your name and address on the back of cheque.
Postage, Packaging and Handling fee for UK Orders
Currently we do not dispatch outside the UK.
We charge £2.50 postage, no matter how much you order up to £49.99. £50 and over we offer free postage.
For security, we always send orders with a value up to £36 by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery which will need a signature. Orders with a value over £36 are sent Special Delivery, which includes insurance up to £500 and next day delivery*
*Next day delivery will be the day after we dispatch, not necessarily the day after it is ordered.
We have an optional next day delivery & insurance on orders over £100 for £6.50. If you need Next Day Delivery on 'instock' orders, please email us
before ordering so that we can adjust the postage costs for you.
A 50p handling fee will be added for packing, this along with
standard postage charges will automatically be added to your order at
Checkout.
We regret we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged parcels while in
the care of Royal Mail, though we will supply you with the proof of
posting and give you as much information we can about the parcel so
that you can take up the matter with Royal Mail.
If an item is returned to us because no-one was there to receive it, and it has not been collected from the post office within the time stated on their card, we will ask you to pay the postage charge again for us to re-send it.
Goods are packaged very carefully, but in the unlikely event that you receive anything damaged, please return within 7 days of receipt for replacement. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you may return any item (except custom-made) for any reason within 7 days of receiving it, provided that it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging.
All pieces will be packaged in a free pretty handmade drawstring organza bag, or for that special touch, you can order a gift box and sleeve for £1.50.
Gift Wrap, Express Service
If you want something gift
wrapped, please let me know - I can arrange to mail purchases, with a
gift tag, direct to friends or family, please leave a comment in the
comment box at checkout.
Please e-mail me if you require an express service. Payment can be made via Paypal or cheque (cheque by prior email agreement to mail@siberiaskyejewellery.co.uk for confirmation of cost - items will be dispatched once payment is received or cheque cleared)
If an item is out of stock or is made-to-order, then delivery may take
up to 14 days. If there is likely to be any sort of delay with your
order, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest opportunity
to give you the choice of ordering an alternative in stock item, or
refunding your purchase
Please note that customer will pay all postage costs except in the case of faulty goods.
Return Policy
PLEASE NOTE: Under no circumstances can earrings be returned unless faulty, due to hygiene regulations.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure items for return are packaged securely, especially for items in gift boxes which could be crushed if not protected. If we receive a item for return which has been damaged due to poor packaging (this includes the gift box), an amount will be deducted from the refund to cover the damage.

Refund Policy If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase....very
unlikely! We will refund the price of the item minus postage, as long
as it is returned within 7 days of receipt, in its original packaging
and undamaged. PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for returned packages until they
have actually been received, you are strongly advised to use a
signed-for (recorded) delivery service when returning orders - we will
not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post.
All our Jewellery is well packaged for transit, should for any
reason the item arrive damaged in transit, please, if possible
photograph the packaging and item and send it to:
mail@siberiaskyejewellery.co.uk. Where on receipt of damaged item a
full refund or replacement will be given, minus postage back to us.
PLEASE NOTE: for hygiene reasons earrings are non-refundable.

Custom Made Jewellery/Bespoke Service
We will be pleased to quote you for custom made Jewellery. Just email us with your requirements: mail@siberiaskyejewellery.co.uk
All items can be made up to fit a specific size, we ask that you state this on your order if necessary.
Refunds are not available for custom made Jewellery, other than if faulty or damaged. Please contact us first if you feel you need to return anything for any other reason.
If you require Jewellery made to order in a specific colour, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Tiaras can take up to 14 -21 days. You will be notified of lead times. We also offer an express service, please enquire if you require this.
The Custom made service works as follows:
We will work closely together to ensure that your piece suits your style and theme.
To start we will have an initial consultation to discuss your requirements (you are under no obligation to proceed).
After the initial consultation I will send to you, in writing or sketches, my interpretation of your requirement, if you are happy and wish to proceed I will require 50% as a non returnable deposit to purchase the materials.
If you need to see samples of the components, I can send them in the post.
Once you are happy with the components and design I will give you final costs and if you are happy, I will then go ahead to make your order.
You will receive updates by e-mail with photos, so you can see progress made.
When finished I will send you a photo of your piece to ensure you like what you see, if you do I will then require payment before posting.

The pictures on the website give a good representation of the items, but remember that some glass and semi-precious stones are individual and colour and markings can differ.

your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will not send you any marketing information about Siberiaskye Jewellery unless you have signed up to the mailing list.
